We respect your time. No 7-round panels, no whiteboard riddles, no take-homes that burn a weekend. The full loop takes about two weeks.

A no-pressure chat about your background, what you want next, and how we work.
Paid technical task
A small, realistic problem — a few hours of work, paid at market rate. You keep the code regardless of outcome.
Team conversation
A working session with the people you would actually work with. Two-way conversation, not a quiz.
Offer
Within a week of the final conversation. Transparent about comp, scope, and what success looks like.
